* You qualify for Member rate if you are a current member of CAOT, OSOT, AOTA, COT, or OT Australia. Proof of membership is required.

CAOT student associate (entry-level program) or CAOT member who is a full-time graduate student (copy of student ID required & CAOT member number for graduate student).

Presenters receive 10% off conference registration fees. Include your session number on your registration to qualify.

Please note: Registrations cannot be shared. Deadlines apply to receipt of form AND payment.

Members of other associations need to provide a photocopy of their current membership card.

All cancellation requests must be sent in writing to CAOT National Office. Requests received by March 20 receive an 80% refund. Requests received by April 30 will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after April 30. CAOT reserves the right to cancel the conference for any reason. If this should occur, CAOT will only refund monies received. A fee of $30 will be charged on all NSF cheques.
