• Shipments are processed in our office within 10 business days.
• Expedited shipping will be used for all orders unless another method is chosen. Faster options include:

• All orders are shipped surface delivery, unless otherwise specified.

US - Expedited 4-8 days
US - Express Post 3-4 days
International - Surface 8-12 weeks
International - Express 1-2 weeks 

• All orders must be prepaid, including shipping charges and applicable taxes.
• CAOT members receive a 25% discount on most CAOT publications. This discount is for personal use only. Any member failing to login who requests a refund is subject to a $10.00 administration fee.
• Bulk discounts apply to orders of 25 books or more.
• All items, subject to availability, will be shipped within 10 business days of receiving order/payment.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. 

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, cheques, international money orders and wire transfers, payable in Canadian or U.S. funds.
• All prices are quoted in Canadian funds.

eBooks

Taxes on eBooks are based on the province in which you reside. See the schedule below for further details:

• Newfoundland, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia - 15%
• Ontario - 13%
• Quebec - 14.975%
• All other Canadian Provinces - 5%

Publications

Taxes on publications are 5% for all orders within Canada. For orders placed from outside Canada there are no applicable sales taxes. Shipping costs are taxable 

Book Return Policy

• Returns will not be accepted beyond 30 days from date of purchase.
• Restocking fee totaling 15% of purchase price will be withheld on all returns
• Original and all return shipping charges are the responsibility of purchaser
• All returns are subject to approval by CAOT Publications department.
