Our Company

Reactive Injury Management been providing Rehabilitation Services to clients throughout the lower mainland since 2001.  We are a team of Community Based Occupational Therapists and Kinesiologists that work together efficiently and effectively to restore functional independence to our clients.  We also have a clinic in Fraser Heights, Surrey, where we offer Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Registered Massage Therapy.

We Offer

We provide training as well as competitive compensation.  While we all work independently, we strive to maintain a strong team environment.  Mentorship is ongoing as we continually educate and support each other.  The hours are flexible, you set your schedule and for the most part can work from home.  The variety of clients keeps the caseload interesting.

Your Caseload

You will see a variety of clients ranging from soft tissue injury to complex orthopaedic and acquired brain injury as well as mental health.  You will work as a part of a team, liaising with other health professionals, as well as claims adjusters and lawyers.  There is also the opportunity to work with Children with disabilities.

Requirements

Candidates must be registered with the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia, and have strong organizational and communication skills.   As we are community based, you must have a vehicle and be willing to travel to and from client's homes and various community locations.  This position is based primarily in the Surrey, White Rock and Langley area, but may also include travel to neighboring communities.  Having a second language is an asset.
