This webinar will provide an overview of an occupation based approach to management of concussion, incorporating a unique integrative model based on best practice guidelines for management of concussion. Since best practice guidelines for concussion recommend gradual approach to activity following concussion, occupational therapists are uniquely positioned to provide education, recommendations, and strategies to return to meaningful occupations.

This webinar will cover strategies for facilitating engagement in occupation following a concussion. The webinar will cover recommendations for incorporating a gradual approach utilizing practical strategies based on the latest evidence for management of concussion.

After taking part in this webinar, participants will be able to: 

  1. Demonstrate understanding of best practices for gradual return to activity following concussion
  2. Apply an integrative occupation based approach to management of concussion

Cancellation & refund policy

CAOT will not provide a refund six days or less prior to the webinar. All webinars are recorded, and registrants receive access to the recording following the webinar, pending exceptional technical difficulties, within three business days.

CAOT reserves the right to cancel or modify all events. If a Practice Evidence Webinar is cancelled by CAOT, you will receive an adjustment on your bundle (if credits were used) or a full refund.
