Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS)

The Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) is an innovative observational assessment that is used to measure the quality of a person’s activities of daily living (ADL). The AMPS is an ideal tool for the valid and reliable assessment of the quality of ADL performance and to demonstrate effectiveness of intervention.

Hours
:

November 13-17, 2017.

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.  Full attendance for all five days is required. You are responsible for obtaining manager approval for education leave.

Please note that the course starts on Monday Nov 13, 2017, which may be a statutory holiday in lieu of Nov 11.  


Certification:  
10 live AMPS observations after the course is required to be certified for rater calibration


Cost:
includes tuition, manuals, 3 year AMPS software license key, data analysis, calibration, snacks, refreshments and GST.

Current Practicing OTs $1490.

Current OT students at time of registration $1160.

Cancellation / Refund Policy

All refund requests must be sent in writing to the CAOT National Office. Requests received prior to the registration deadline will be given a 50% refund. CAOT will not provide a refund after the registration deadline. CAOT reserves the right to cancel or modify the offering.
